A GMC Tahoe rolled over at highway speed when the right rear tire detreaded. Unfortunately, a four year old child who was belted in a booster seat was ejected and passed away. Suit was brought against the tire manufacturer and a car dealer who had inspected the tires 2 days before the incident. The case settled within 2 months of the filing of the lawsuit.
